1. Overview
Kuttab.com is an educational platform that connects students and teachers for live, online learning. We facilitate class scheduling, secure payments, and tutor-student interaction but are not a party to direct agreements between users.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Kuttab.com may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
3. Tutor Compensation and Payment Terms
- Kuttab.com pays tutors 90% of the class fee, minus applicable withdrawal or currency conversion fees.
- We do not charge tutors for free classes or for classes paid directly by students.
- Funds are held in your wallet until withdrawn using the available options.
4. Refunds and Class Expiration
- Classes may be canceled and refunded within 30 days. After that, a 50% refund applies.
- Unused classes expire 6 months after purchase with no refund.
- Students may reassign credits to a different teacher before expiration.
5. Electronic Communications
By using our service, you consent to receive communications electronically, such as emails or notices posted on the site, satisfying any legal communication requirements.
6. User Content and Submissions
You retain ownership of materials submitted to Kuttab.com. However, you grant us a license to use your submissions for platform operation (e.g., display, translation, or distribution) without compensation.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive purposes. This includes but is not limited to:
- Impersonating others or submitting false information
- Uploading harmful or copyrighted content without authorization
- Harassing, stalking, or violating others' legal rights
8. Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion of your data, email info@kuttab.com. Your data will be permanently removed as required by applicable privacy laws.
9. Links and Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for external sites or services linked from Kuttab.com. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their terms and policies.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on Kuttab.com is the property of Kuttab.com or its licensors. You may not reproduce or exploit content without express permission.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including violations of these Terms or local regulations. You may discontinue use at any time.
12. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration per the Federal Arbitration Act. You waive the right to class actions and agree to resolve disputes individually.
13. International Use
Users outside the U.S. must comply with local laws. Content access and service use are subject to applicable jurisdictional regulations.
14. Modifications
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. We encourage users to review this page regularly.
